Signature Relaxation Massage

Relax your mind and body with our signature massage using Swedish massage techniques. This massage is a light to moderate pressure and depending on your therapist style the massage can be slow and tender or spirited and invigorating. Let your therapist know of any problem areas you may be experiencing. If this is your first massage session, this is the perfect introduction to this healing art. Engage your senses by adding aromatherapy to your massage. If you have therapeutic issues needing worked out or desire a firm pressure, you will want to schedule a Therapeutic session.

Therapeutic Massage

This massage is intended to relieve tension by breaking down stubborn knots and treating chronic areas of pain using a firm to intense pressure. Communication with your therapist is key for getting the most out of this massage.  If you have multiple areas of concern you may want to schedule a longer session as this is very slow and detailed work. Therapeutic massage is a great complimentary service for those under chiropractic care, physical therapy, or rehabilitative care. Ask about adding heat therapy to enhance your service!

 60 min $85 / 90 min $122.50 / 120 min $165

Massage on the Rocks

Hot stone massage is a form of deep heat therapy that relaxes muscle tissue much faster than with traditional massage techniques. Here at Canyon Oaks we offer a specialized version of hot stone therapy called LaStone. Your therapist will use placement stones along your body allowing the healing heat from the stones to penetrate deep until it dissipates. While the stones are settling into you, your therapist will begin the massage using a soothing oil to create a gliding surface for the stones. This is a great massage for someone suffering from chronic pain, fibromyalgia, and ideal for people that need the work of a therapeutic massage but dislike the strong pressure.  (learn more)

60 min $90 / 90 min $125

Massage on the Rocks +  Relaxation Massage: Combines half and half hot stone massage and relaxation massage to get the benefits of both in one session.  (learn more)

Mommy to Be

Prenatal massage is a gentle form of therapy that helps sooth nerves, relieve strain, and increase blood flow to both mommy and baby. This massage is preformed mostly side lying and on your back with several positioning pillows to help offset pressure on your body. Your therapist is trained to know how to work those areas on the body that are most taxed during this time. We only offer this style to expected mothers in their 2nd or 3rd trimester and require a physician’s release to receive massage.

60 min $80 / 90 min $110

Treat My Feet

Reflexology is an ancient Chinese technique that applies pressure to points on the feet which correspond to specific areas of the body. It’s the ultimate indulgence for your feet and relaxes your whole body using these reflex points. Your service begins with a foot soak, an aromatic foot scrub, hot stones, and a detail focused foot massage! You can add a hydrating foot mask that stimulates collagen and elastin production infused with peppermint to top off your service!

30 min $45 / 60 min $70

Thai Massage

This massage is a powerful healing art that incorporates elements of acupressure, yoga, reflexology, energy healing, and deep stretching. You need to wear loose fitting clothing for your service because you will not be undressing. This massage is performed on a mat on the floor and not the traditional massage table. The massage consists of slow rhythmic compressions and stretches along the body that ultimately result in increased flexibility, range of motion, and postural alignments.  Muscles are lengthened and released as energetic pathways are opened. This can be a very deep form of therapy so be sure and to give your therapist feedback during your service to achieve the best results.

120 min $160

Lomi Lomi Massage

Lomi Lomi is a traditional Hawaiian massage. It’s a full body massage that is unlike any other massage modality. Unlike most massage where your therapist only uncovers one part of the body at a time, most of your body is exposed and the entire body is treated at once. Your therapist will use continuous flowing strokes from head to toe as well as under strokes. A range of pressure is used meant to emulate the rhythmic ebb and flow of ocean tides. There are no sheets used on the table and you are modestly draped. This minimal draping allows your therapist to slide their hands around and under the body. We use oil on the body and steam towels at the end of your treatment to remove excess product. This style of massage is a beautiful exhibition of movement that nurtures the body and soul.
